BLT WRAP

BLAT WRAPS, LETTUCE WRAPS, OR BOWLS

This is an amazing lo carb dinner that takes about 15 minutes to prepare.  I start with a pound of Falls Brand thick cut bacon, cut into small pieces. 

Cook this off in a small pan and then drain the excess grease. Then add to large bowl

Cut ripe grape tomatoes, about 8 oz and add to the same bowl for mixing.

Cut 1 to 2 ripe avocadoes depending on the size and how much you like avocadoes and add to bowl.

If you are making a bowl with nothing to wrap your filling in, we always add some chopped lettuce.  about 3 cleaned leaves.

Add 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise then mix well.

That is it!  This recipe we have almost every week when ripe tomatoes are in season. A great alternative to the original BLT.

This should serve about 3 to 4 people.

Works great wrapped in a tortilla, in a lettuce wrap, or just in a bowl to reduce carbs.  This is a recipe you should try!
