Order Limitations

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and to make corrections if an error occurs. Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the package and extra days are incurred. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgment.

Meatandpotatoco.com may, at its own discretion, limit or adjust items of equal value in assorted packages, these restrictions and changes may include orders placed by you the customer online only and you will be notified of the changes. 

Shipping

All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Meatandpotatoco.com shipping policies.  Meatandpotatoco.com tries to ship as fast as possible but is not liable for same-day shipping on all orders placed. Shipping days are not guaranteed, all mentions of shipping days are considered shipping on Monday or Tuesday only and are considered shipped through a third party like UPS.

Local orders – While we try and deliver as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.  Orders received Monday through Thursday by 12:00pm Will be shipped the same day, or the next day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping to the Western 10 States will ship Monday through Wednesday with an expected delivery on Friday. Orders must be in our system by Tuesday at 9am Mountain time.

Shipping to Central and Eastern US will only ship on Monday from all orders received up and through Monday @9am Mountain time and of the previous week.

Shipping Holidays may affect shipping days and Meatandpotatoco.com will not ship on any days recognized by our shipping partners as National Holidays.

Packaging

Meatandpotatoco.com packages each box shipped by third-party couriers in safe, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging. Boxes include one if not several refrigerant gel packs depending on shipping distance and weather and are safe for shipping up to 5 days. If delays are incurred by shipping, meatandpotatoco.com recommends temping items in packaging to ensure they are frozen and or cold to the touch. Items should always be below 42 degrees to be safe for cooking and consumption.
