A holiday staple for St. Patty's Day. Try this recipe with any of the corned beef that comes with a seasoning packet. Wagyu or Choice from Meat and Potato Company.
Place the raw Corned beef with the seasoning packet in a large pot or a dutch oven. Cover with cold water, apple cider, or your favorite beer, even stout... Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. For the last 20 to 30 minutes you can add in your favorite vegetables, carrots , red potatoes, and Obviously Large wedge cabbage and cook until tender.
I also like to eat with horseradish and Mustard as well!
