2 items needed for sure!! Falls Brand Bacon, and Wild Pink Prawns!
Start by slicing the bacon in long diagonal strips for wrapping. Place on cookie sheet or pan in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to blanch. Remove from oven and pat dry.
Wrap each prawn with a strip of bacon and skewer to secure, after your pan is completely full of these bad boys, pop into the oven at 350 for 12 minutes or until prawns are bright pink in color.
I then dip each prawn in my favorite bbq sauce and place back onto sheet and back into oven for 2 minutes for sauce to adhere, then remove.
If you so desire, and I do, you can also make a horseradish dipping sauce for the coup de gras.
3 oz of sour cream with 2 oz of hot horseradish.
Dip and devour!
