Jacked up Mostaccioli Pasta

This is a great recipe to feed a bunch of people with an amazing dish!

Start with 1 pound of Meat and Potato Company ground chuck and 1 pound package of Falls Brand spicy hot Italian sausage and brown them both and set aside.

In same pan add 2 table spoons of chopped garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onions, sliced mushrooms if desired..  cook until onions are translucent.  

In separate pot cook 1 pound of your favorite small length pasta, I like penne until al dente.. this means barley done not mush.......

Then in large pot add it all together along with your favorite spaghetti sauce, about 12 to 14 oz, stir well then add in 8 oz of shredded parmesan cheese and one and a half cups of mozzarella,  add an additional 1/4 cup of cheese to the top before putting in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes to melt all of the cheese!

This dish will feed up to 10 people generous portions!!!  Enjoy!
