Super Simple Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This could be the best pork item available!  Low cost and just like eating a grilled beef tenderloin, just a third of the cost.  These tenderloins are long and slender weighing in at about 1 pound each.  They are super lean as well making them perfect for a lean protein diet.

Salmon Creek Farms pork could be the finest pork available for items like these.  The pork are super consistent in sizing and bread for the perfect marbling and tenderness.  

First season with cracked pepper and kosher salt and cover for about 10 min.

With your pellet grill, charcoal grill, and or gas grill pre temped at 350 to 375 add the pork tenderloin.  Remember that this process should be just like grilling a steak. Fast and Hot!!!!

Grill at this temp for 4 to 5 minute per side until the internal temp of the tenderloin reaches 145 degrees.  DO NOT OVER COOK!

The goal here is to have a nice sear on the outside and a super moist inside like the picture here.  Slightly pink is OK!

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Add to a salad, a wrap, or as a protein entrée.  Enjoy!
