Slow cook and shred for tacos, BBQ pulled pork etc. a must have for any BBQ fanatic. Succulent and full of marbling, Salmon Creek™ Farms Natural Boneless Pork Collar . Also known as a pork neck or neck filet, the pork collar comes from the top of the pork shoulder. Because it is boneless, the pork collar can be easily cut into pieces and used in soups, stir-fry meals, or stews. It’s also excellent when slow roasted and shredded, cut into chops, or cured and made into Italian coppa. Minimally processed with no artificial ingredients and Certified Sustainable, Salmon Creek Farms Natural Boneless Pork Collar cuts are USDA-inspected and come from family farm-raised hogs. Each boneless pork collar is smoothly dressed with the fat strap removed. To prepare your natural boneless pork collar, you can roast, braise, grill, smoke, or slow cook the collar until internal temperature reaches at least 145° F with a meat thermometer, letting the pork collar rest for at least 3 minutes after cooking. To maintain freshness, refrigerate or freeze the boneless pork loin collar before use.

Shipping to the Western 10 States will ship Monday through Wednesday with an expected delivery on Friday. Orders must be in our system by Tuesday at 9am Mountain time.
Shipping to Central and Eastern US will only ship on Monday from all orders received up and through Monday @9am Mountain time and of previous week.
