Cured and smoked front shoulder ( the Butt / Front end). This is not an average ham! This is made for slow braising and as an ingredient item, perfect for crock pots, and slow roasting with beans and east coast boils. 1 each per order. 6 pound average size.

  • Shipping Policy

    Local orders – While we try and delivery as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee same day delivery.  Orders received Monday through Thursday by 12:00pm Will be shipped same day, or next day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday and Sunday. 

    Shipping to the Western 10 States will ship Monday through Wednesday with an expected delivery on Friday. Orders must be in our system by Tuesday at 9am Mountain time. 

    Shipping to Central and Eastern US will only ship on Monday from all orders received up and through Monday @9am Mountain time and of previous week. 

    Shipping Holidays may affect shipping days and Meatandpotatoco.com will not ship on any days recognized by our shipping partners as National Holidays
